احضار مریم مقدم و بهتاش صناعی‌ها، سازندگان فیلم «کیک محبوب من» به دادگاه

مریم مقدم و بهتاش صناعی‌ها روز چهارشنبه ۲۴ بهمن با انتشار ابلاغیه‌های صادر شده در اینستاگرام خبر دادند که برای ساعت ۹ صبح ۱۱ اسفند به دادگاه تهران احضار شده‌اند. این دو هنرمند در اینستاگرام نوشتند

پس از پشت سرگذاشتن چندین جلسه بازپرسی در دادسرای امنیت اوین و همچنین دفاع آخر بازپرسی، نهایتا پرونده ما به جرم ساخت فیلم “کیک محبوب من” و با اتهامات:

۱. تبلیغ علیه نظام
۲.  تهیه و تولید و تکثیر فیلم با محتوای مبتذل
۳. جریحه‌دار کردن عفت و اخلاق عمومی
۴. نمایش فیلم بدون داشتن پروانه نمایش و عرضه

  به شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب ارسال شد. بر اساس احضاریه ابلاغ شده نخستین جلسه دادگاه در تاریخ ۱۱ اسفند به ریاست قاضی ایمان افشاری برگزار خواهد شد.

After undergoing several interrogation sessions at the Evin Security Prosecutor’s Office, as well as the final defense hearing, our case has ultimately been referred to Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court on charges related to the production of the film My Favorite Cake, including:

• Propaganda against the regime

• Production, distribution, and duplication of a film with obscene content

• Offending public decency and morality

• Screening the film without obtaining a screening and distribution license

According to the issued summons, the first court session will be held on March 1st under the presidency of Judge Iman Afshari.
