اطلاعیه شماره ۲ در باره دیدار مهندسی شده سفرای خارجی از زندان اوین

ارسال نامه های اعتراضی به سفارت های خارجی در ایران

در اعتراض به دیدار نمایشی حدود ۵۰ سفیر خارجی مقیم ایران از زندان اوین کمیته بین المللی علیه اعدام و کمیته مبارزه برای آزادی زندانیان سیاسی نامه ای را خطاب به سفیران خارجی در ایران نوشته است که در زیر ملاحظه می کنید. متن نامه به زبان انگلیسی است. هدف از این نامه اعتراض به سکوت نمایندگان دولتهای خارجی در ایران و مشارکت سفیران این دولتها در شوی مهندسی شده جمهوری اسلامی است. هدف بسیج افکار عمومی جهانی علیه بربریت جمهوری اسلامی و فشار گذاشتن بر روی دولتها برای آزادی زندانیان سیاسی و بهبود شرایط زندانها در ایران است. بهمراه این نامه آدرس ای میل نمایندگی های ۳۰ کشور در ایران قید شده است.

ما از همه شما می خواهیم که با ارسال این نامه و یا هر متن دییگری که مناسب می دانید مراتب اعتراض خود را به این دیدار مهندسی شده ابراز دارید. بگذار با اینکار صدای همه زندانیانی باشیم که در زندانهای ایران در شرایط فاجعه آمیزی بسر می برند. این کوچکترین کمکی است که همه ما می توانیم انجام دهیم.

Re: Your staged visit to Evin prison in Iran

On July 5, 2017 your ambassador have visited the infamous Evin prison in Tehran-Iran. The Islamic regime’s intention in inviting your government to this staged visit was to reduce the international pressure on the regime in regards to the appalling condition of prisons and particularly the condition of political prisoners.

The International Committee against Execution (ICAE) and the Campaign to Free Political Prisoners in Iran (CFPPI) strongly condemn this desperate attempt by the Islamic Republic. We would like to express our strong protest against the participation of your government in this visit. The systematic human rights abuse in Iran, imprisonment, torture and execution of thousands of dissidents, deprivation of prisoners from medical attention and keeping prisoners in the most appalling condition are among the most well known facts. We have no doubt that your government is aware of these facts and reports including a report by Ban Ki-Moon in the UN 69^th General Assembly and several reports by the Special Rapporteur on the Situation of Human Rights in Iran.

Despite all the published evidence, your government chose to turn a blind eye to the reality and participate in this staged visit to a part of Evin prison which was specifically designed to disguise the dreadful treatment of prisoners. Did your ambassador request to visit all the wards in Evin or speak with political prisoners without the presence of the prison guards?

In reaction to your visit, numbers of political prisoners in Evin prison including Atena Daemi (children right activist) and Golrokh Ebrahimi (women’s rights activist) have written letters and asked you:

“Did the authorities give you a tour of Ward 209, Ward 2-A or Ward 241? Did they show you the solitary cells without windows, ventilation or toilet? Did you visit the cells known as the ‘graves’? “

Evin prison which is also known as the Bastille prison of Iran is known for its inhumane condition. This prison symbolizes the savagery of the Islamic Republic, where thousands of men, women, young boys and girls have been tortured and executed. There are families that still do not know where their loved ones are buried.

On behalf of thousands of political prisoners and the families of those who lost their life, we express our protest against your participation in this staged visit. We demand that the complaints of all prisoners, their families and the condition of prisons to be investigated by an independent international delegation, who would visit all detention centers and prisons.
