خامنه ای و سران سپاه بجرم قتل ۱۷۶ مسافر هواپیما باید در یک دادگاه بین المللی محاکمه شوند!

مقامات جمهوری اسلامی بعد از سه روز لاپوشانی و دروغ درمورد جنایتی که مرتکب شدند، رسما اقرار کردند که هواپیما با موشک سپاه سقوط کرده است. با توجه به شواهد متعدد تردیدی در این نیست که این جنایت عامدانه صورت گرفته است. اما حتی اگر عامدانه بودن آن و نقش مستقیم خامنه ای در تایید و فرمان آنرا هم نادیده بگیریم، خامنه ای بعنوان فرمانده کل قوا و فرماندهان رده بالای سپاه که پشت این جنایت بوده اند باید در یک دادگاه حاضر شوند ومورد بازجویی قرار گیرند تا انگیزه ها و دلایل این جنایت، کلیه افرادی که در این جنایت نقش داشته اند و میزان جرم و محکومیت هر کدام از آنها روشن شود. از نظر سیاسی نیز رابطه دولتها با جمهوری اسلامی باید قطع بشود. جمهوری اسلامی نماینده مرم ایران نیست، قاتل آنهاست. باید روابط دیپلماتیک با جانیان حاکم بر ایران قطع شود و سفارتخانه هایش بسته شود.

برخی دول اروپایی از جمله دولت کانادا که نسبت به سایر دولتها موضع شفاف تری دارد درخواستشان تحویل جعبه سیاه و اعزام تیمی به ایران برای بررسی این فاجعه است. این اقدامات باید عملی شود اما مطلقا پاسخ مساله نیست. یک جنایت بزرگ صورت گرفته و قاتلین آن صریحا به آن اعتراف کرده اند و تا همینجا ضرورت برگزاری یک دادگاه برای بررسی جوانب مختلف آن کاملا روشن است. راننده ای که عامدانه و یا بر اثر یک اشتباه مرتکب یک تصادف مرگبار میشود، به عنوان اولین اقدام به دادگاه احضار میشود که مورد بازجویی قرار گیرد تا بر اساس بازجویی و شواهد و مدارک دیگر میزان جرم او تعیین گردد. شلیک به یک هواپیمای مسافربری و کشتار ۱۷۶ مسافر آن اتفاقی به مراتب عظیم تر از یک تصادف رانندگی است. آیا بر اساس حتی عقب مانده ترین استانداردهای قضایی در جهان روشن نیست که چنین دادگاهی شرط اول اجرای عدالت در حق قربانیان این فاجعه است؟

دول غربی مایل نیستند این موضوع را تا انتها پیگیری کنند. چرا که پیگیری این مساله به ضرورت قطع رابطه سیاسی با جمهوری اسلامی و تحریم سیاسی آن منجر میشود و سیاست دول غربی این نیست. به همین دلیل است که علیرغم برخی درخواست ها که روی همان هم مصر نیستند، حتی حاضر به محکوم کردن صریح جمهوری اسلامی نشده اند چه برسد به طرح تشکیل دادگاه و بایکوت سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی. این ما مردم و خانواده های جانباختگان هستیم که باید بر خواست حق طلبانه خود پافشاری کنیم.

اولین شرط اجرای عدالت برگزاری دادگاهی بین المللی در خارج ایران و با حضور مسببین مستقیم این جنایت است. حزب کمونیست کارگری بر این خواست عادلانه تاکید میکند و برای تحقق آن از هیچ تلاشی فروگذار نمیکند. ما همچنین خواهان قطع رابطه همه دولتها با جمهوری اسلامی و بایکوت سیاسی آن هستیم. حزب از کلیه مردم آزادیخواه و مشخصا از کلیه خانواده هایی که قربانی این جنایت شده اند میخواهد که روی این خواستها پافشاری کنند و دول غربی را برای تحقق آنها تحت فشار قرار دهند. کلیه سران جمهوری اسلامی، از خامنه ای تا روسای جمهور دوره های مختلف و وزرا و فرماندهان سپاه و بسیج و مسئولین وزارت اطلاعات و سایر ارگان های سرکوب حکومت بدلیل چهل سال جنایت بی وقفه باید مورد محاکمه قرار گیرند و نهایتا با سرنگونی حکومت این اتفاق خواهد افتاد اما اکنون که توجه جهانیان به این جنایت آشکار حکومت جلب شده است نباید اجازه دهیم این جنایت مشخص فراموش شود.

Iran’s Khamenei and commanders of Sepah army should be tried in an international court for the murder of 176 passengers

After three days of cover-up and lies about the crime they had committed, the leaders of the Islamic Republic officially admitted that the Ukrainian airliner had been shot down by missiles fired by the Islamic Republic’s Sepah army (Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps). In view of the many pieces of evidence, there is no doubt that this crime was committed deliberately. However, even if we disregard the deliberate nature of the crime and Khamenei’s direct role in approving and ordering it, Khamenei, as the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, as well as the top commanders of the IRGC who are behind this crime should be summoned to court so that the motivation and the reasons for the crime, the people involved in it and the degree of the offence and the penalty of each of the perpetrators may be established. Politically too, world states should break off their diplomatic relations with the regime. The Islamic Republic is not the representative of the people of Iran; it is their murderer. Diplomatic relations with the criminals ruling Iran must be cut off and their embassies shut down.

Some European states as well as the Canadian government, which has a more transparent position compared to other states, have demanded that the plane’s black box be handed over and a team be sent to Iran to investigate the disaster. These steps must be taken; however, they are by no means the solution. An enormous crime has taken place and the murderers have explicitly admitted it. This alone makes a court hearing necessary to investigate the various aspects of the crime. The driver of a car involved in a deadly crash, whether intentionally or accidentally, is summoned to court so that, based on the hearing and the evidence, the degree of his or her offence may be determined. Firing missiles on a passenger plane and killing 176 people is a much graver incident than a car accident. Is it not clear that even by the most primitive judicial standards in the world, a court hearing is the first condition for ensuring justice for the victims of this disaster?

The governments in the West are unwilling to pursue this matter all the way to its conclusion as it will end up in the need to break off diplomatic relations with the regime and its political boycott, which is not the policy of those governments. That is why, despite putting certain demands to the Islamic Republic, which they are not insistent on anyway, they are not even prepared to unequivocally condemn it, let alone call for a trial and the political boycott of the regime. It is thus down to us the people and the families of the victims to insist on our demands for justice.

The first step in ensuring justice is the convening of an international court outside Iran with the appearance of the direct perpetrators of this crime in that court. The Worker-communist Party of Iran insists on this just demand, and will do all it can to ensure it is carried out. We also demand the breaking off of diplomatic ties by all states with the Islamic Republic and the regime’s political boycott. Our party calls on all people and specifically the families of the victims to insist on these demands and to put pressure on the governments in the West for their implementation. All the leaders of the Islamic Republic, from Khamenei to successive Presidents of the Islamic Republic, as well as IRGC commanders, the commanders of the Baseej force, the heads of the Intelligence Ministry and all the other repressive organs of the regime should be put on trial for forty years of endless crimes. This will ultimately happen with the overthrow of the regime. However, now that the eyes of the world are fixed on this blatant crime of the regime, we should not let it be forgotten.
