دیگر بس است! کمپین جهانی پایان بخشیدن به آپارتاید جنسی در ایران!

در ایران چهل سال است که رسما و قانونا یک آپارتاید کامل جنسیتی حاکم است. باور کردنی نیست که هنوز در قرن بیست و یک، رژیمی در کشوری حکومت میکند که رسما زن را نصف مرد میداند، جداسازی میکند، حق طلاق را فقط به مرد میدهد، چند همسری را برای مردان قانونی و تبلیغ میکند، ممنوعیت های همه جانبه ای در عرصه ورزش و موسیقی و تحصیل و قضاوت، بر علیه زنان اجرا میکند. زنان را مجبور میکند از در عقب اتوبوس سوار شوند، ازدواج کودکان دختر را قانونی کرده و با تحقیر هر روزه در رسانه های رسمی و مساجد و مدارس و دانشگاه ها، به میلیونها زن توهین میکند و آنها را شایسته تحقیر و تحمیل خشونت مرد سالارانه دانسته و حتی قتل زنان سرکش و سنت شکن  را تبلیغ میکند.

این حکومتی است که چهل سال است با شلاق و اسید و پونز سعی در تحمیل حجاب اجباری میکند و زندانهایش مملو از زنان معترض و قانون شکن است. این حکومت در آخرین شاهکارش، سه زن را بدلیل بی حجابی به ٥٠ سال زندان محکوم کرده و هفت زن مدافع حقوق زنان و سازمان دهنده  جلسات سخنرانی در دفاع از حقوق زنان را به شلاق و زندانهای دراز مدت محکوم کرده است.

اما امروز بسیاری از مردم در اقصی نقاط  جهان میدانند  که زنان در ایران در مقابل همه این قوانین و مقررات ارتجاعی ایستاده و در همه عرصه ها ، فرهنگ و سنتهای برابری طلبانه و انسانی را در عمل پیاده میکنند.  دختران خیابان انقلاب که حجابها را بر چوب کرده و با صدای بلند به حجاب اجباری نه گفتند، زنانی که برای ورود به ورزشگاهها مبارزه میکنند، زنانی که در دانشگاهها، در محیط کار و فعالیت اجتماعی فعالانه حضور دارند و زنانی که برای حق طلاق مبارزه میکنند و یا شبکه های بزرگ دفاع از حقوق انسانی و مبارزه با خشونت را سازمان داده اند. 

آنچه برای ما جای  خشم دارد و باور کردنی نیست، اینست  که چنین حکومتی در مجامع بین المللی به رسمیت شناخته میشود، دول غربی مقاماتش را به کشورشان دعوت میکنند و مقامات زن کشورهای اروپایی موقع سفر به ایران در مقابل آیت الله ها و مقامات این حکومت حجاب به سر میکنند.

دنیا آپارتاید نژادی در آفریقای جنوبی را نپذیرفت و یک تجربه درخشان در تاریخ بشری مقابله متحدانه مردم دنیا علیه حکومت آپارتاید نژادی بود. ما از همه مردم دنیا میخواهیم که علیه حکومت آپارتاید جنسی در ایران نیز متحدانه بپا خیزند و همه باهم در کنار مردم ایران اعلام کنیم  که دیگر بس است! اعلام کنیم  که کنار زنان شجاع ، آزاده و سرکش ایرانی ایستاده  و از دولت های مختلف میخواهیم این حکومت را برسمیت نشناسند.

ما کارزار علیه آپارتاید جنسی در ایران را اعلام میکنیم و کلیه نهادها و فعالین حقوق زن، فعالین سکولار، احزاب و سازمانها و نهادهای مترقی و همه مخالفین تبعیض و مخالفین حکومت آپارتاید جمهوری اسلامی را به پیوستن به آن دعوت میکنیم. میتوانیم و وظیفه داریم همراه با مردم ایران، همراه با زنان آزاده و جسور در ایران به آپارتاید جنسی در ایران پایان دهیم.

Enough Is Enough!
The International Campaign to end Gender Apartheid in Iran.

For the past four decades, a system of complete gender apartheid has ruled Iran. It is unbelievable that, in the 21st century, there is a regime in power that officially recognizes woman as being worth half that of a man, enforces gender segregation, grants the right to divorce exclusively to men, allows and promotes polygamy where man can marry several women (but not vice versa), and imposes extensive prohibitions on women in many areas such as music, sports, education, the judicial system, etc.
Under the Islamic suppression in Iran, women are separated from men on public transport and child marriage is legal. Women are being systematically humiliated in the media, mosques, schools and universities; patriarchal violence against them is being justified; and the murder of women who rebel against old customs is being promoted.
The Islamic Republic is the regime that has been trying to impose the compulsory hijab on women by flogging, acid attacks, and even pinning the hijab onto their forehead using thumbtacks. The prisons of Iran are packed with dissident and rebellious women. In one of the latest infamous trials, this regime has sentenced three women to 50 years imprisonment in total, only for refusing to wear the hijab. In another case, 7 women received heavy sentences of imprisonment and flogging for defending women’s rights and arranging relevant seminars.
Today, however, the world knows that Iranian women are standing up against all these primitive laws and regulations; they practice equality in their daily lives: The “Girls of Revolution Street” who held their hijab on sticks and said “No To Compulsory Hijab”, women who fight for their right to enter stadiums, women who fight for their social status at work and universities, women who fight to get equal divorce rights, and those who have created large communities to defend human rights and fight against violence.
Nevertheless, the unbelievable and irritating fact is that such a regime is recognized as legitimate and welcomed by international organizations and governments; western female diplomats and ministers wear the hijab while visiting Ayatollahs and authorities in Iran.
The world did not tolerate the apartheid regime in South Africa. In fact, the international coalition against the apartheid regime is a proud experience and achievement in human history. We ask all people of the world to unite against the gender apartheid regime in Iran and stand on the Iranian people’s side and declare that “Enough Is Enough!”. We ask you to support the brave and rebellious Iranian women, and we ask governments to politically boycott the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Today, we declare the beginning of the “Campaign Against Gender Apartheid in Iran” and invite all institutions, women’s rights activists, secular activists, political parties, organizations, and everyone who is against discrimination and sexism, to join us. We can, and we stand united with the brave and free people of Iran to end gender apartheid in Iran once and for all.
