نامه مشترک سه نهاد در باره خطر اخراج 5 پناهچوی ایرانی از ترکیه – به فارسی و انگلیسی

موضوع: در باره خطر اخراج ۵ پناهجوی ایرانی ساکن ترکیه

با عرض سلام

مطلع شده ایم که پنج پناهجوی ایرانی ساکن ترکیه به نام‌های زینب صحافی، لیلی فرجی، افشین سهراب‌زاده، محمد پوراکبری کرمانی و اسماعیل فتاحی از سوی مقامات امنیتی ترکیه دستگیر شده اند و با خطر اخراج به جمهوری اسلامی روبرو هستند. اخبار رسیده به ما حاکی از بدرفتاری مامورین پلیس دولت ترکیه با بازداشت شدگان و عدم رسیدگی به وضع سلامتی آنها است.

نه بازداشت این پناهجویان و نه بدرفتاری به آنها و نه دیپورت این پناهجویان به جمهوری اسلامی ایران بهیچوجه قابل قبول نیست. لذا از شما می خواهیم که شرایط آزادی این پناهجویان را هر چه زودتر فراهم آورید.

طبق قوانین شناخته شده بین المللی که دولت ترکیه نیز آنها را پذیرفته است وقتی افرادی در کشور خود تحت پیگرد سیاسی قرار دارند و جانشان در خطر است، مسئولان آن کشور وظیفه دارند که از جان آن‌ها محافظت کنند و دیپورت آنها، خلاف قانون و حقوق بین‌الملل است.
همه این پنج پناهجو از فعالین سیاسی و اجتماعی شناخته‌ای هستند که برای نجات جانشان از جهنم جمهوری اسلامی گریخته‌اند و در ترکیه تقاضای پناهندگی کرده اند و رسماً نیز بعنوان پناهجو شناخته شده‌اند.

دیپورت این پناهجویان به ایران خطرات جانی و یا حبس های طویل المدت برای آنها بهمراه خواهد داشت. همچنانچه دیپورت محمد رجبی و سعید تمجیدی به ایران در دسامبر ۲۰۱۹ یعنی دو تن از معترضین نوامبر ۲۰۱۹ که برای نجات جان خود به ترکیه گریخته بودند منجر به این شد که حکم اعدام علیه آنها در ایران صادر شود.

لذا ما اکیدا از شما می خواهیم که بی درنگ حکم دیپورت این پناهجویان را لغو کنید و جان و سلامتشان را به خطر نیندازید.

Re: the risk for deportation of five Iranian asylum seekers living in Turkey

We have been informed that five Iranian asylum seekers living in Turkey named:  Zeinab Sahhafi, Leyli Faraji, Afshin Sohrabzadeh, Mohammad Pourakbari Kermani and Esmail Fattahi have been arrested by Turkish security authorities and are in danger of being deported to the Islamic Republi of Iran. We have received information related to mistreatment of these asylum seekers by the Turkish police and negligence related to their health condition.

The detention, the mistreatment or deportation of these asylum seekers to the Islamic Republic of Iran is not acceptable. We therefore ask you to see to it that these asylum seekers are released immediately.

According to the international treaties of which Turkey is also a signatory, when people are persecuted in their own country and lives are in danger the authorities in the host country are duty bound to  guard their safety. Deporting the above mentioned names is against all international laws.

All these five asylum seekers are well known social and political activists who have escaped the inferno of the Islamic Republic to save their lives, asked for asylum in Turkey, and been granted refugee status.

Deporting these asylum seekers would put   their lives in danger.  The deportation of Mohammad Rajabi and Saeed Tamjidi to Iran in December 2019, two active protestors in November 2019 who had fled to Turkey to save their lives resulted in death sentences for both of them in Iran.

We therefore ask for the immediate stop of the deportation order for these asylum seekers to prevent the risk to their lives and safety.
