هانس اودو موزل سفیر آلمان در جمهوری اسلامی درتویتی نوشته:در پی زلزله‌ی بزرگی که هشتم بهمن، در نیمه‌ی زمستان و در شمال‌غرب ایران رخ داد، از مردم #خوی حمایت به‌عمل می‌آورد. خرسندیم که در راستای مقابله با بلایای طبیعی، مبلغی معادل نیم میلیون یورو تحت مدیریت #UN تقبل نموده‌ایم.& Amb.
