قاتلان حاکم، توماج، این خواننده محبوب انقلاب را به اعدام محکوم کردند. رئیسیان وکیل توماج گفته است که بیدادگاه رژیم در اصفهان توماج را به «معاونت در بغی، اجتماع و تبانی، تبلیغ علیه نظام و دعوت به آشوب» متهم کرده، این موارد را از مصادیق «افساد فی‌الارض» دانسته و او را به اشد مجازات یعنی اعدام محکوم کرده است.
جمهوری اسلامی هر چه مفلوک‌تر میشود، شمشیرش را بیشتر علیه مردم بیرون میکشد. در ادامه فرمان حمله به زنان، حکم اعدام توماج را صادر کردند که بگویند در صورت اعتراض با حکم اعدام به سراغتان خواهیم آمد. این حکم شنیع حمله‌ای علیه زنان است، علیه دادخواهان است، علیه کارگران و بازنشستگان است. این حکمی علیه همه مردم بپاخاسته و برای ارعاب جامعه است.و همه مردم باید علیه آن بلند شوند. بازنده این جنگ حکومت ننگین اسلامی است.
حزب کمونیست کارگری مردم در ایران و در خارج کشور و کلیه نهادهای بین‌المللی را فرامیخواند که با تمام قوا خواهان آزادی فوری و بی‌قید و شرط توماج شوند. از خانواده‌های دادخواه و زندانیان سیاسی تا دانشجویان و زنان معترض، از کارگران و بازنشستگان تا معلمان و نویسندگان و هنرمندان، از مردم انقلابی کردستان و سیستان و بلوچستان تا تشکل‌ها و نهادهای مختلف مردمی و احزاب و سازمان‌های سرنگونی‌طلب میتوانیم و باید متحد و یکپارچه به میدان بیاییم و چنان شکستی به جنایتکاران حاکم بدهیم که حتی تصور اعدام یک معترض انقلابی را هم به خود راه ندهند. باید بخواهیم که حکم اعدام توماج لغو شود و توماج فورا و بی‌قید و شرط آزاد شود.

Iranian rap artist and activist Toomaj must be released immediately!

The murderous regime in Iran has sentenced popular rap artist and activist Toomaj Salehi to death. Amir Raesian, Toomaj’s lawyer, said the regime’s court in the city of Isfahan had charged Toomaj with “assisting in sedition, assembly and collusion, propaganda against the system and invitation to rebellion”, actions which it claimed amounted to “corruption on earth”.
The more desperate the regime in Iran gets, the more it resorts to threats of brute violence against the people. Thus, in the wake of the recent weeks’ savage crusade on women for the mass flouting of the compulsory hijab, it is issuing a death sentence against Toomaj to say to the people: ‘This is what is awaiting you if you protest’. This monstrous sentence is an attack against all the people in Iran; against women, against families seeking justice for their loved ones, against workers and against the protesting pensioners. It is aimed at intimidating the people. However, the loser in this war will only be the despicable regime itself.
Our party calls on the people in Iran, Iranians living abroad and all those around the world appalled by this vicious sentence to demand the immediate revoking of the death sentence against Toomaj and to call for his immediate and unconditional release. We can and will stop this latest outrage of the Islamic Republic and make it bitterly regret it.
All charges against Toomaj must be dropped! He must be freed now!
