جمهوری اسلامی می خواهد عمیلات مسلحانه پژاک (حزب حیات آزاد کردستان) علیه نیروهای نظامی جمهوری اسلامی در مریوان و کشته و زخمی شدن شماری از نیروهایش را بهانه ای کند تا زندانیان سیاسی رامین حسین پناهی و زانیار و لقمان مرادی را اعدام کند. در کانال تلگرامی “خبرگزاری سپاه پاسداران” از قول “مردم” از مقامات حکومت خواسته شده است تا “حکم اعدام تروریست ها زانیار مرادی، لقمان مرادی و رامین حسین پناهی اجرا شود”.

این اولین بار نیست که جمهوری اسلامی به بهانه انجام عملیات نظامی نیروهای اپوزیسیون قصد دارد که به اعدام زندانیان سیاسی بپردازد. اما همه می دانند که نه رامین و نه زانیار و نه لقمان هیچگونه رابطه ای با این اقدامات نظامی نداشته اند. جمهوری اسلامی می خواهد بیگناهانی را اعدام کند تا در یک اقدام ” تلافی جویانه” قدرتش را به رخ مردم کردستان بکشد.

زانیار و لقمان مرادی نزدیک به ده سال است که در زندان بسر می برند و مورد شکنجه های جسمی و روحی شدید قرار داشته اند تا بنا به گفته بازجویان و مسئولین وزرات اطلاعات پدر و عموی این این دوزندانی یعنی اقبال مردادی را وادار به تسلیم کنند و جلوی فعالیت او علیه جمهوری اسلامی را بگیرند. اقبال مرادی توسط  عوامل جمهوری اسلامی روز ۲۶ تیر ۱۳۹۷ در کردستان عراق ترور شد و جمهوری اسلامی علی القاعده دیگرنباید عذر و بهانه ای برای تدوام حبس زانیار و لقمان داشته باشد و باید آنها را آزاد کند. حدود ده سال است این دو زندانی به اتهامات دروغین در زندان و گروگان جمهوری اسلامی هستند تا در “فرصتی” که رژیم مناسب می داند آنها را اعدام کند.

رامین حسین پناهى فعال سیاسی در تاریخ ٢ تیر ۱۳۹۶ بازداشت و پس از ۲۰۰ روز انفرادى و شکنجه های جسمی و روانی، به زندان مرکزى سنندج منتقل شد. این زندانی سیاسی، ٢۵ دی ٩۶ در شعبە یک دادگاه انقلاب شهر سنندج بە اعدام محکوم شد. این حکم، مجددا، ٢٢ فروردین ۱۳۹۷ در شعبه ٣٩ دیوانعالى کشور در شهر قم به تایید رسید.حکم اعدام رامین حسین‌پناهی در حالی صادر و ابلاغ شد که وی تمامی اتهام‌های انتسابی به خود را رد کرده و وکیل این زندانی سیاسی نیز این حکم را غیرمنتظره و ناعادلانه تلقی کرده بود.  اکنون نام رامین حسین پناهی نامی آشنا در سراسر دنیاست و اعتراضات گسترده جهانی و داخلی برای متوقف کردن حکم اعدام او در جریان بوده است.

کمیته بین المللی علیه اعدام طرح ها و برنامه های شوم جمهوری اسلامی برای اعدام این سه زندانی سیاسی را شدیدا محکوم می کند و همگان را فرا می خواند که برای به شکست کشاندن این طرحهای جنایتکارانه به اعتراض هر چه بیشتر دست بزنند. جمهوری اسلامی  باید بداند که با کشتن این سه جوان نمی تواند جلوی اراده و عزم مردم برای سرنگونی این حکومت و دستیابی به آزادی و رفاه و جامعه ای بدون اعدام را بگیرد. مردم رای و تصمیم خود را در صدها اعتراض خیابانی اعلام کرده اند. خشم و خروش عمومی علیه رژیم اعدام جمهوری اسلامی و جنبش قوی علیه اعدام در جامعه به جمهوری اسلامی اجازه نخواهد داد که این رژیم بیشتر از این خون جوانان را بریزد. جمهوری اسلامی حتی اگر موفق به اعدام این سه زندانی سیاسی گردد باید بداند که با انجام چنین جنایتی بطور قطع طوفان درو خواهد کرد و اعتراضات و اعتصابات بیشتری در انتظار او خواهد بود.

کمیته بین المللی علیه اعدام خواهان آزادی فوری کلیه زندانیان سیاسی و از جمله رامین حسین پناهی، زانیار مرادی و لقمان مرادی است و عموم مردم را به اعتراض هر چه وسیعتر برای نجات جان آنها فرامی خواند.

Three political prisoners are at risk of imminent execution:

Ramin Hossein Panahi and Zanyar and Loghman Moradi

The Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) intends to use the armed operations by PJAK (Kurdistan Free Life Party) against the forces of the IRI and the killing and wounding of a number of its troops, to execute political prisoners Zanyar and Loghman Moradi and Ramin Hossein Panahi.

The Revolutionary Guard of the IRI claimed on their (social media) Telegram channel: “the people have demanded the implementation of the execution order of Zanyar Moradi, Loghman Moradi, and Ramin Hossein Panahi.”

This is not the first time that the IRI uses military operations of its opposition as an excuse to execute political prisoners. But everybody knows that neither Ramin nor Loghman nor Zanyar have had anything to do with these military operations. The IRI wants to execute the innocent to show its power to the Kurdish people.

Zanyar and Loghman Moradi have been in prison for nearly ten years. They had to endure physical and psychological torture in order to – according to the statements of the interrogators and the authorities of the Information Ministry – force the uncle and father of these two prisoners into submission, i.e. Eghbal Moradi, and make him stop his activities against the IRI. However, Eghbal Moradi was assassinated by the agents of the IRI on June 17, 2018 in Iraqi Kurdistan, which means that there is no longer any reason for the continued incarceration of Zanyar and Loghman and, they should be released immediately. For some ten years these two prisoners have been kept incarcerated as hostages on the basis of false accusations, so that that they can be executed when it suits the IRI.

Ramin Hossein Panahi was arrested on June 23, 2017, and after 200 days in isolation and physical and psychological torture, he was transferred to the central prison in Sanandaj. This political prisoner was condemned to death on January 15, 2018 in section 1 of the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj. This verdict was confirmed on April 11, 2018 in section 39 of the Supreme Court in the city of Ghom. The execution order of Ramin Hossein Panahi was issued and announced despite the fact that he had denied all accusations brought against him and his lawyer had declared the verdict unanticipated and unfair. By now, of course, Ramin Hossein Panahi is a familiar name throughout the world, and national and international protests to stop his execution have been widespread.

We condemn the sinister plans and programs of the IRI to execute these three political prisoners and calls on everyone to continue their protest to stop the executions. The IRI should realise that it cannot prevent the will of the people to live in a society free from capital punishment. The people have voiced their will through hundreds of street protests. The overall rage and uproar against this regime of executions and the strong movement against capital punishment within society will not allow the IRI to shed more blood. Even if the regime succeeds in executing these there political prisoners it would certainly harvest a storm, and it can only expect more protests and strikes.

The International Committee against Execution and Campaign to Free Political Prisoners in Iran demand the immediate release of all political prisoners including Ramin Hossein Panahi, Zanyar Moradi and Loghman Moradi, and calls on everybody to continue their protests to save their lives.
