نامه سرگشاده به نادا النشیف، معاون کمیساریای عالی حقوق بشر سازمان ملل، پیرامون برنامه سفر ایشان به ایران

خانم النشیف گرامی

از برنامه سفر شما به ایران در سوم فوریه سال جاری، که طبق گزارش ها قرار است بر محوریت اعدام ها و موقعیت زنان در ایران باشد، مطلع شدیم.

دیدار شما بالقوه می تواند نقض وحشیانه حقوق بشر در ایران را هرچه بیشتر برجسته کند، بر فشار بر جمهوری اسلامی بیفزاید، و حمایت موثری برای خانواده های قربانیان جمهوری اسلامی فراهم نماید.   

در عین حال، برای دستیابی به این هدف، دیدار شما نباید به ملاقات با مسئولین جمهوری اسلامی، همان کسانی که مسئولین و عاملین این جنایات هستند و خواهند کوشید که از آن برای اعتبار بخشیدن به خود بهره برداری کنند، محدود بماند. 

انتظار می رود از فرصتی که این سفر فراهم می کند به آنچه که باید هدف اصلی چنین دیدارهائی باشد، یعنی دیدار با قربانیان این جنایات و خانواده های آنان در حکومتی که به هولناک ترین شکلی این حقوق را زیر پا می گذارد، بپردازید.

انتظار می رود با خانواده های داغدار چهار زندانی سیاسی کرد، بنام های محسن مظلوم، وفا آذربار، پژمان فتحی و محمد فرامرزی که امروز صبح، دوشنبه ۲۹ ژانویه، وحشیانه اعدام شدند دیدار کنید.

انتظار می رود با خانواده های داغدار محمد قبادلو و فرهاد سلیمی که شش روز پیش بیرحمانه اعدام شدند دیدار کنید.

انتظار می رود با پدر و مادر مهسا ژینا امینی که قتل وحشیانه اش بدست ماموران انتظامیِ حکومت اسلامی آغازگر انقلاب زن زندگی آزادی در شهریور ۱۴۰۱ بود دیدار کنید.

انتظار می رود با ۶۱ زندانی سیاسی زنی که در اعتراض به اعدام ها و مجازات اعدام در ایران در زندان اوین در اعتصاب غذا بسر می برند دیدار کنید. 

انتظار می رود با بخشی از هزاران خانواده دادخواه که عزیزانشان را حکومت آدمکش اسلامی، چه در جریان انقلاب زن زندگی آزادی و چه در تمام طول موجودیتش، چنین وحشیانه از آنان ربود، دیدار کنید. 

تمام این افراد، روایات و شهادت هائی بیواسطه درباره نقض هولناک حقوق بشر تحت حاکمیت جمهوری اسلامی در اختیار شما قرار خواهند داد؛ حقایق و مدارکی که سازمان شما، و مشخصا کمیسیون حقیقت یاب شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل، می توانند در دادگاه های بین المللی، که می بایستی سالها پیش از این برای محاکمه سران جمهوری اسلامی بجرم جنایت علیه بشریت تشکیل می شد، مورد استفاده قرار دهند. 

مردم ایران، زندانیان سیاسی، هزاران افراد بیگناهی که طی این سالها طبق قوانین هولناک شریعه به اسارت کشیده شده اند، و خانواده های قربانیان بیشمار این حکومت، بدرستی از نهادهای بین المللی مانند سازمان ملل انتظار دارند که با اقداماتی تاثیر گذار، فراتر از محکوم کردن های صرف، به مبارزه آنان علیه اعدام ها و برای آزادی، برابری و عدالت در ایران یاری رسانند. 

تنها دیداری با چنین دستور کار و رویکردی می تواند به مبارزه آزادیخواهانه مردم ایران و تلاش های بین المللی برای مقابله با نقض فاحش حقوق بشر در ایران یاری برساند.

Open letter to Nada Al-Nashif, United Nations Deputy High Commissioner for Human Rights, on her planned visit to Iran

Dear Ms Al-Nashif,

We have been informed of your planned visit to Iran, scheduled for 3 February 2024, which reportedly will revolve around the issues of executions and the status of women in Iran.

Your visit could potentially help further highlight the horrific abuses of human rights in Iran, increase the pressure on the Islamic Republic and provide tangible support to the families of the victims of the Islamic Republic.

However, for this to happen your visit must not be confined to meetings with the officials of the Islamic Republic, i.e. the very people responsible for these abuses and the perpetrators of these crimes, who will only seek to exploit it to seek credibility for themselves.

We trust you will use the opportunity of this visit to attend to what should lie at the heart of any human-rights visit to a state which breaches those rights in the most horrific way, namely, to meet with the victims of those abuses and their families.

We trust you will meet with the distraught families of the four Kurdish political prisoners, namely Mohsen Mazloum, Vafa Azarbar, Pezhman Fathi and Mohammad Faramarzi, who were brutally executed this morning, Monday 29 January.

We trust you will meet with the grieving families of Mohammad Ghobadlou and Farhad Salimi, who were savagely executed six days ago.

We trust you will meet with the parents of Mahsa Jina Amini, whose brutal killing at the hands of the Islamic regime’s security forces in September 2022 triggered the Woman Life Freedom revolution.

We trust you will meet with the 61 women political prisoners at Evin Prison, who are currently on hunger strike in protest against the executions in Iran and the use of the death penalty.

We trust you will meet with some of the thousands of justice-seeking families whose loved ones were so brutally taken away from them by the murderous regime of Iran both during the Woman Life Freedom revolution and throughout the entire existence of this regime.

All of these people will provide you with first-hand accounts and testimonies on the horrific abuse of human rights under the Islamic Republic, facts and evidence which your organisation, and specifically the UN Human Rights Council’s Fact-Finding Mission on Iran, could use in the long-overdue prosecutions of the officials of the Islamic Republic in international courts for crimes against humanity.

People of Iran, the political prisoners, the thousands of innocent individuals unjustly incarcerated under the Islamic regime’s barbaric Sharia laws over the years, and the families of the countless victims of this regime rightly expect tangible and meaningful action from world bodies, such as the UN, beyond mere condemnations, to help them in their fight against executions and for freedom, equality and justice in Iran.

Only a trip with such a remit and approach can contribute to the fight of the people of Iran and the international efforts for countering the gross violation of human rights in Iran.
