نامه سرگشاده مینا احدی سخنگوی حزب کمونیست کارگری به جاستین ترودو نخست وزیر کانادا

جناب آقای نخست وزیر

فاجعه سقوط هواپیمای مسافربری در اثر شلیک موشک بوسیله جمهوری اسلامی یک تراژدی تکاندهنده انسانی  است. ١٧٦ نفر شهروندان ٥ کشور در این سانحه جان باختند و جمهوری اسلامی بعد از سه روز انکار و لاپوشانی حقیقت ناگزیر شد اعتراف کند که هواپیما راهدف حمله موشکی قرار داده است. اکنون، پس از گذشت قریب به سه هفته، شواهد و قرائن زیادی در دست است که نشان میدهد حمله به هواپیما عامدانه صورت  گرفته است.

 همانطور که شما نیز اعلام کرده اید باید به کوشش یک کمیته حقیقت یاب مستقل چگونگی و چرائی رخداد این فاجعه کاملا روشن شود، اما آنچه تا همین جا روشن است مسئولیت و نقش مستقیم جمهوری اسلامی در این جنایت است. وابستگان و دوستان جانباختگان در این فاجعه و همه مردم شریف در ایران و در کانادا و در همه کشورها از همه دولتها، و بویژه از شما بعنوان نخست وزیر کشوری که ٥٧ نفر از شهروندانش در این فاجعه هولناک جان باخته اند، انتظار دارند جمهوری اسلامی را به خاطر این جنایت محکوم کنید، اعلام کنید این جنایت عامدانه بوده است، و خواستار برگزاری یک دادگاه بین المللی برای بررسی این عمل جنایتکارانه و محکومیت مسئولین و عوامل آن بشوید. این حداقل کاری است که برای برقراری عدالت و تسکین بازماندگان قربانیان این حادثه میتوان انجام داد.

Dear Mr Prime Minister
The passenger plane catastrophe as a result of missiles fired by the Islamic
Republic of Iran is a shocking human tragedy. 176 citizens of five countries lost
their lives in this disaster, and the Islamic Republic, after three days of denial and
cover-up, was forced to admit that it had targeted the plane by missiles. Now,
nearly three weeks later, there is much evidence and indication that the attack
on the plane was deliberate.
As you have also stated, an independent fact-finding mission should help fully
establish how and why this disaster happened. However, what is already clear is
the responsibility and direct role of the Islamic Republic in this crime. The
relatives and friends of the victims, and people in Iran, Canada and around the
world, expect from their governments and in particular from you as the prime
minister of a country which has lost 57 of its citizens in this horrific catastrophe
to condemn the Islamic Republic for this crime, declare that it was intentional
and call for an international court to investigate this criminal act and to convict
the perpetrators and those responsible. This is the least that can be done for
justice and to console the relatives of the victims of this tragedy.
